is there any potential that we got banned from uncap fps

i need some confirmation about "is upcap the fps bannable" since it edit the game file.

is that increase some chance for EAC to ban us? or its 100% safe.

    Changing files is never 100% safe and if EAC ever bans for it, it’s out of BHVRs control to unban.

    that said.. this file does get changed by your in-game settings as well, so it’s very very unlikely that they ban for this.

    though we really need these settings as in-game settings (Anti-aliasing has even been confirmed in 2020 to be worked on as an in-game setting…)

    Any change made to the game files is done at your own risk, because if EAC bans you for it, BHVR won't be able to help you.

    So yeah, it's not 100% safe.

    I for one, would like to see uncapped fps for PC. Is there actually an engine limitation preventing this? Or at least 240, cause why not, right?
