dredge and skull merchant skin

the dredges Maurece skin is missing its horse sound effects. the new skull merchant weapon is also missing its sound effects.

edit: iv actually just noticed multiple of dredges skin's unique sound effects are missing.

    Just faced the Skull Merchant with the new skin and her weapon doesn't have a sound effect, extremely frustrating when most of the game focuses on sound queue :(

    Skull merchant skins looks like miss the leg when her break animations, gens, pallets, store outfit and rift outfit has the same problem, and the sounds issue from store outfit

    Awhile back, the Maurice skin sound effects could only be heard by the killer and NOT survivors....but now the Maurice skin sound effects can't be heard by the killer, either. It just got worst. XD

    i actually used to hear it as survivor when i was close to him, now though as killer it seems like NONE of his cosmetics are playing their sound effects (other than the weapons)
