Why I can't connect to a match

When I try to connect in a game / private games,killer games and survivor games, Its connecting me and I see people for like 4-5 second and after its return me to campfire and say ''You have been disconnected from the host'' ( I play on Windows ) but I play on a other account on steam and everything is fine / this happen since my last windows update I also tried to play on an other pc but still not working / the support say 1) check my connection and an other saying that im permantly banned but if I was banned I shouldn't be able to access the campfire / Is someone have any answer to this problem ? please help me

    The answer is to not play on windows when you have a functioning dbd on steam, duh

    My main account is on windows and on steam I got litteraly nothing
