A few suggestions
Solo queue sucks, and we can all agree on that, but what sucks more than that? Idle teammates and teammates who disconnect. My solution to those troubling annoyances is to add an are bots. If a person is inactive for over 3 minutes, that person will be kicked from the game, and a bot will join to replace the kicked member. The same goes for people who disconnect. After someone dcs, a bot joins.
Another feature I would like to see added is who plays with a group and who isn't. It would show this in the lobby for both killers and survivors. Another option is a solo matchmake and an swf matchmake that the killer can choose between.
Tunneling happens, whether it's a grudge or just trying to get a kill, but many people hate it and want a change. So a possible way of fixing this is to have the game check whether a survivor is getting chased again after getting unhooked, and if they are, they get a haste effect for as long as the killer is still in chase. Along with that, the killer's bloodlust increases slower than usual. However, after all the generators are finished, neither of those effects should work to give the killer one last chance of getting a kill.
Camping sucks as well, so my suggestion for this is to have the game check whether the killer has been in x amount of distance from the hook for an x amount of time, and if so, the hooked survivor gains luck at unhooking themselves, along with the other survivors gaining a haste effect and a faster unhook. This as well should not work after all the generators are finished.
Clear loadout option. This would clear survivor's or killer's chosen loadout.
