How to disable the FPS limit for steam players now?
After the last update of the game, all settings were reset and the old FPS limit is now in effect, the old ways of disabling the limit do not work. Liza

The good ol rub on the files works

The file location changed, the old ways still work just the same (and it’s still use at your own risk as EAC is not guaranteed to never ban for it.)
(folder changed from WindowsNoEditor to WindowsClient)

If you're only changing the file that is for the graphic settings, it should be fine

Its frustrating they made us have to go through all this again... I don't know why it isn't just a setting and why they wont let us use actual fullscreen that matches our desktop?
Anyway, I found this vid helpful if anyone else is finding themselves needed to redo these config changes
