    Dead by Daylight is a multi platform game and as such we need to ensure that we're collating information from all platforms, which is why bug reports are taken from here, which is open to all platforms, as opposed to Steam which is kind of platform specific.

    This was explained to you by the moderator in question on your Steam discussion and in your messages with the moderator. You also weren't warned, or given a "ticket" but received a DM from the moderator to explain things to you further after your thread was closed.
