How to calculate movement speed with PWYF and movement speed addons?

Say I run Windstorm Mud (Wraith) and have 1 stack of PWYF, what's my movement speed while cloaked? Similarly, if I run The Beast's Marks (Bubba) and have 1 stack of PWYF, what's my movement speed during sweep?

    Well, since you linked the wiki page, why didn't you read the section that explains how it works? ("Speeds and speed modifiers")

    Positive modifiers stack additively, so the percentage from windstorm and the one from 1 token of PWYF will be added together, then applied as a multiplier.

    Same for Bubba.
