Unable to pick up survivor at exit switch on Knights map

Xbox Series X. I was Nemesis. Happened on Knights map. The survivor was a Kate.
I downed a Kate who was working on the exit switch and from that position it was impossible to pick her up. She refused to move and I had to wait for the EGC. Hilarious as I was actually going to let her go.
