There is currently a bug going around causing some players to lose access to their purchased characters, causing them to need to be purchased again. I’d highly recommend to all players to take a screenshot of their killer and survivor roster screen, just in case they become affected by this bug. This way, you’ll have an easier time proving to Bhvr support that you were affected by this bug.
