Could AI make DbD perks?

Okay, so I may have gotten a bit bored and asked ChatGPT if it could make some perk ideas. Mostly so I could take a look at them and think of various ways to alter the way they work so they could fit better into the game or otherwise use them as inspiration to come up with other ideas. Out of curiosity, I decided to give it just two mechanics to mesh into a perk, and this is what it gave me.

Yes, I asked it for permission to post it here. Now, my question is, would this perk actually be something you could use in-game? Could anyone see themselves using it or see it actually working in-game?

    I am severely annoyed that it isn't auto-displaying the picture >->
