Sloppy Butcher & other perk changes

Before I start talking about the changes, I'll explain why Sloppy Butcher? Why changes for sloppy? Is it good/healthy for the game? Well it wasn't an issue before, but after medkit nerf, it starts to shine with a new problem, HEMORRHAGE. If we'll look at the standard M1 killer, it's alright since they can't spread pressure very quickly, but against a mobile killer/stealthy killer/killer with a passive slowdown that usually uses M1, staying injured against them is a death sentence. Let's take a situation that you're healing yourself, killer comes to you, hemorrhage takes your healing progress away, killer then leaves you and you have to heal again. You probably don't have enough charges to heal yourself with a medkit since you can only self-heal twice now with add-on changes. I think you see the problem now, so let's get to the changes.

Sloppy Butcher: You know where to hit to make their wounds harder to heal.

  • Wounds inflicted by Basic Attacks cause Survivors to suffer from the Mangled Status Effect.
  • Increases the Bleeding frequency of injured Survivors by 50/75/100 %.
  • Both Status Effects are removed once the Survivor is fully healed.

So, right here I just removed the Hemorrhage for the reason I told at the beginning.

Scourge Hook: Gift of Pain: You are the bringer of sweet pain.

At the start of the Trial, 4 random Hooks are changed into Scourge Hooks:

  • The Auras of Scourge Hooks are revealed to you in white.

Each time a Survivor is unhooked from a Scourge Hook, the following effects apply:

  • The Survivor suffers from the Mangled Status Effect until healed.
  • Upon being healed, the Survivor suffers from a 10/13/16 % Action Speed penalty to Healing and Repairing until they are injured again.

Same thing just like with sloppy.

Scourge Hook: Blood Echo: The agony of one is inflicted onto others.

At the start of the Trial, 4 random Hooks are changed into Scourge Hooks:

  • The Auras of Scourge Hooks are revealed to you in white.

Each time a Survivor is hooked on a Scourge Hook, the following effects apply:

  • All other Injured Survivors suffer from the Hemorrhage and Exhausted Status Effects for 35/40/45 seconds.

I removed the cooldown from the perk, but restricted it to a scourge hook, since I think it can be a bit powerful when it applies with a normal hook.

Resilience: You are motivated in dire situations.

  • Increases your Action speeds in Repairing, Healing, Sabotaging, Unhooking, Vaulting, Cleansing, Blessing, Opening, and Unlocking by 8/10/12 % when in the Injured State.
  • You suffer from Hemorrhage Status Effect while in the Injured State.
  • Decreases the Hemorrhage Healing progression loss rate by 5 %.

"Focus, even in these desperate times."

I want to make here a perk that counters hemorrhage by slowing the regression down, I made that you can't 99% yourself, but increased the boost, which makes it more useful on real dire situations.

Leverage: Like in business, you profit most when those around you suffer most.

Each time you hook a Survivor, Leverage activates and gains 1 Token, up to a maximum of 10 Tokens:

  • For each Token, the Altruistic and Personal Healing speeds of Survivors are reduced by a stack-able 3/4/5 % for the next 45 seconds, up to a maximum of 30/40/50 %.

Here is a simple change. I only increased the effect duration from 30 to 45 seconds.

Botany Knowledge: You transform plants found around The Campfire into tinctures that slow down bleeding.

  • Equipping this perk causes to spawn multiple plants that are scattered around the map.
  • Harvest the plants to obtain a "Plant Nectar".
  • Enter a Locker with "Plant Nectar" and press the Ability button to craft a "Nectar Vial".
  • Consuming "Nectar Vial" grants you Invigorated Status Effect for 40/50/60 seconds.

INVIGORATED: Grants the immunity to Deep WoundHemmorhage and Mangled Status Effects.

"Basic Botany Knowledge could save your life someday" — Claudette Morel

I reworked the entire perk, from healing speed increase to this. I think these changes to Botany Knowledge would make the perk more interactable and can be clutch in some situations.
