Wiggle bar full, could not wiggle off

Platform: PS4 - Played as Nea on Macmillan Estate (suffocation pit). Was going up against a huntress and the hooks were being sabotaged and my wiggle bar was full and it wouldn’t let me wiggle off the killers shoulders .
