It Sound nice at first but it something dont be right, I got healed over 60% killer was coming i hide someone get hit (he was really near by me) but i dont get fully healed and sometims it straight up dont heal me, i read something about a bug who you dont get any healing wile sprinting i dont know if was that.
Sry for the grammar but english is not my strength :D

As for not getting fully healed, I don’t think Reactive Healing can ever fully heal you by itself because it heals “50% of missing healing progression”.
The wording can be a bit misleading, but I believe if you are already 50% healed, Reactive Healing will then only heal 50% of the remaining progress, bringing you to 75%. Not sure about bugs with activation though.
