6.7.1: Steam: Dredge stuck in locker

Playing Dredge, I got stuck in a locker, couldn't move, and could only get out by teleporting to another locker and then back.
Maybe(??) a survivor was standing right in front of the locker when I tried to exit and blocked me in?
