When I was attempting to mori someone with Myers' Tombstone add-on just as the survivor jumped into a locker, my UI permanently broke and all the info was gone.
How to reproduce: It happens if you tombstone-mori a survivor in the wrong split second, just as they enter an animation where they cannot be mori'd (jumping in a locker, vaulting a window/pallet)
