Connection Issue

I have this problem with dead by daylight Ive tried verifying the files ive uninstalled and reinstalled checked my processors etc. I am online and every other game works fine but dead by daylight does not want to work and I don't know how to fix it?

Contact support, provide evidence that your Steam is actually connected (eg if possible a clip of you showing Steam is online and then starting DbD with this error message):
