Why move the live but not the PTB?
Title. That made no sense to move the live back so many days and include in the live all the sections saying “The PTB will be today!” And then add that little ‘It’s not available today’ disclaimer. Why not just make it available today?

The devs moved the broadcast because it was getting leaked according to their official statement today on Twitter

They probably aren’t completely finished with some of the things scheduled for the PTB since the leak forced their hand on the anniversary livestream.

Because it is more difficult to move a PTB compared to a Livestream. Especially because it was pre-recorded.

Why would they release a PTB on a Friday? With no one in work to monitor the feedback over a weekend? The bugs? The suggestions? It makes sense to keep it at the date they originally planned.
