The singularity launching and The Twins changes

I just saw gameplay on the singularity, as I won’t be able to try it out as I play on console and couldn’t help but noticed he is able to launch his power to survivors and instantly teleport.
I hope this is foreshadowing what we can expect from the twin changes and I really hope Charlotte can launch Victor to survivors.
