Are the 5th anniversary crowns returning to the store during the anniversary? Or giveaway only?

I watched the anniversary livestream and during the anniversary event section they mentioned 5th year crowns returning but then mentioned a giveaway right after. I just want to make sure I didn’t hear them wrong and get my hopes up thinking they are coming to the store when it’s just for giveaway winners lol
