  • It didn't need a nerf
  • By the time it activates it could be useless, pointless, or time consuming to use
  • Pharmacy was the only perk that made scavenging somewhat fast
  • "Players can't steal your medkits now" doesn't make sense because THEY CAN STILL SEARCH THE CHEST which stops you from using Pharmacy (Now nobody gets the medkit)
