Get white glyph
Take to basement and turn in
Archive alert pops saying you got one glyph complete
Game ends
Archive alert does not pop on result card
Have to exit all the way to menu to go to Archives
Archives show 0/3
Didn't count after dying with completed glyph and didn't count when escaping with completed glyph.

Maps: Borgo and autohaven twice
Frequency: Every time

Resetting seems to have fixed it. was able to get 1 glyph at least in the next game. The other ones did not count
