Buff base gen kick speed please.
With how weak all the gen regression perks are with the exception of Jolt (which is only used so much because M1 killers don't have any better options let's be real) kicking gens is almost impossible to really do or get value out of outside of super late game, even if a gen is at 90% you can't afford to kick it instead of go for chase because well... it sort of doesn't do anything. It takes too long for how little you actually get out of it, even with perks like Overcharge and Call of Brine it's still not worth it since both are absolutely garbage, especially Call of Brine. I get why they shouldn't be buffed even though I think making Call of Brine 150% and reducing the the initial regression penalty by 5% on Overcharge would be fair. Making it only take 1.4 seconds instead of 1.8 would be a nice base buff that would help at least a tiny bit with how fast gens get done and how kicking them just isn't viable. You would be surprised how much taking off 0.4 seconds each gen kick would do to make it an actual option instead of almost always losing chase with anyone who was nearby unless you're someone like Wraith, Nurse, or Blight that have ways to quickly catch up.
And if Brutal Strength somehow is a problem with this change, then just reduce it's effectiveness on Generators by 5% or something.

Although that would be nice, you have to remember Skull Merchant is still in the game and that would not help with the three gen situations at all.

Ah, sadly you're right. As long as she exists gen kick perks and speed and everything can't be buffed because her design is flawed. Didn't even consider that...

She needs a rework SO badly it's crazy.

"Because one broken killer" is worst argument ever tbh, I can even believe if someone said BHVR brought that objectively badly designed and broken killer just to nerf regression perk.

This change isn't even necessary because it promotes three gen situations for all killers. Skull Merchant is just the one that would benefit the most. Don't talk to me about a bad argument when your sentence doesn't even make sense lmao. Gen regression perks are overhated now and I still get tons of value from them.

Any gen regression more or less promotes three gen situations for all killers no matter what though, that argument should've been said when they first released it.
Doesn't even matter whether it's a perk or base mechanics or whatsoever.

And you want to make three gens even stronger by buffing the base mechanic of kicking gens...? I think that does matter...

Gen kick speed was already buffed in 6.1.0 and on top got a 2.5% intant regression after kicking

Yeah and it's still not worth doing almost ever. To put in perspective how bad it is, if you kick a gen and let it regress for 1 entire minute it would take a single survivor a whopping 20 seconds to repair back to where it was when kicked. And the chances of having a gen left regressing for a whole minute is basically 1/100 since all you have to do is tap it for a split second to stop the regression, and then if the killer decides to kick again you've already basically won chase, or at the very least created so much distance in that 1.8 seconds that it will take the killer about 12 seconds to catch back up to you or around 15 if it's a 4.4 killer.

It's 15s not 20. And still - I say that's good. Finally we are more in chase meta instead of gen-kick meta. You know something is terribly wrong when it's worth it for killer to make a pause mid-chase and kick that gen, only to continue the chase after - as if #1 priority for killer was kicking gens instead of chasing.
This version also fixed one common problem in game - if you had just 2 survivors and there wasn't a gen at 50+%, then there was no point in trying to do the gens any more (AKA best thing to do was hiding), because any progress on gens could be easily deleted (no need to even have 3gen) - creating very long very boring games.
This is no longer the case now, because if 1 survivor is somehow against the odds able to keep killer in chase, you can fix even 2 full gens - eliminating most boring games.

Yeah, but then most regression perks got nerfed...

Yeah but now gens fly by at the speed of light because all the gen regression perks are absolutely awful. Like I mentioned in the first post the only viable one is Jolt and that only works because it works passively off M1s and M1 killers don't have many good perk choices. We're back at that point where 3-4 gens get done in 4-5 minutes because Killers can't do anything to slow them down. You can't pressure because it's simply not worth shoving people off gens and losing a hook.

Good.
The last time 'gen kick perks weren't worth running' was when we had a meta where chase was the most important part of the game.
When they made gen kick perks 'worth running' it was all killers wanted to do for up to an hour per match.
Gens aren't the killers objective. Survivors are.

These days I play more killer then survivor, because soloQ is just pure hell and you need 3 other players to be able to 4man. And from my experience, gens are just fine. Just swap regression perks for game stall perks and chase perks and you are fine.
Depending on killer I like to take corrupt, deadlock or pain resonance (just don't use both - it screws u more then it helps), bamboozle, plaything (awesome slowdown that provides oblivious on top of that), save the best, nowhere to hide and maybe some niche perk on specific killer like play with your food on meyers. Out of these I have everything I need. There's no jolt there, because it has antisynergy with nowhere to hide which is usually better.
The point is - all you need is buy some time for downs/kills. You don't need to keep the gens at 0% whole game - you would need that only if you can't chase or play bad macro game (and by kicking your 3gen instead of playing the game - you will never learn how to chase or play macro game).
