How will the bots will respawn?
I have one question about the bots for DCs.
Will the game put the bot in the same state the player was when he DC?
Like, will the game differentiate between healthy, injured, dying state, being carried, on hook, if you are affacted by a killer's power (Pig's Traps, Trapper's trap, Infected by Plague, Nemesis or Wesker...), will you carry the same perks, will they have the same status effects (Exhaustion, Oblivious, Exposed)
Will the game try and put the bot in the same conditions or will the bot just be a new player with everything reseted?

Most likely, the bot will “possess” the character that just dc’d. That is to say, take over as they were. There’s no need for them to respawn if they just take the wheel.
If they were to start fresh, you’d get scenarios where a killer has to play a full match against 4 completely untouched bots, when the match already has come to a conclusion. That’s ludicrous.

Agreed.
DBD Mobile (which is treated completely different as base game DBD because it is managed and run by a company other than BHVR) has it so the player is automatically replaced by a bot, taking all of their perks, appearance, hook state, and position. One can assume that BHVR is going to do the same here.
One thing that Im curious about is if BHVR is going to loosen up DC requirements when this system is implemented, since I still a DC penalty is needed, to not disturb match flow, but it should at least be loosened so busy individuals dont get punished as much if they need to log off.

I feel sorry for the bot that has been sat on the subs bench all game only to replace someone that DCd 2 seconds before bleeding out or just as their hook timer runs out.
Poor bots.

Absolutely not. It's already too short. If you disconnect often enough to the point where it starts bothering you should just stop doing that.

The 5-minute, 15-minute, and 1-hour DC penalties are perfectly fine in my opinion, but anything longer is a bit overkill.
And back when DDOSing was an issue, DC penalties would get really high, I think there is a certain point that they should exceed because it just becomes too much.
And if someone is naturally busy, these DC penalty durations are perfectly fine to have in the game (in my opinion), especially if a bot is going to replace them now, but again, anything more is overkill.

If they are busy to the point of needing to dc on a regular basis, they should prioritize taking care of the business IRL instead of queuing up for DBD games.
If you're getting DDOS, which is still an issue btw, you should understand that the best course of action is just to not even attempt to engage with DBD anymore that day. You disconnect penalty won't go up unless you keep actively trying to play in a bad situation. You basically have to treat it like having insanely poor internet and simply stop playing till it gets resolved.
People have a history and extremely bad habit of playing DBD and wanting to DC from matches until they get the exact conditions they feel will allow them to win. We know from years of previous experience that without the strict penalty people disconnect at alarmingly high rates which messes up games on a large scale. So having a penalty that can scale into days weeks or even months to permanent ban has greatly improved the quality of matches because when we didn't have it wasn't uncommon for people to just quit matches over petty stuff.

Wonder if all 4 survivors DC, will the killer be forced into a game vs 4 bots?
That would be really hilarious tbh

A little off topic here but I was thinking, They should have it where bots auto take over if they are AFK for long enough to get crows or same amount of time as killer, then they could touch the mouse or whatever and regain control of their character, this would make it to where you would have to work to be afk the whole match and ruin the game and also in a situation where you're still playing the game but something happens and you suddenly have to stop for a second you're not screwing your team or losing as much ground as a killer, this would make playing solo more enjoyable at least because if they aren't DCng there's one survivor who immediately afks because he hears a nurse or doesn't like the map.

The DC penalties should be increased when the bots are released. We don’t want the game to have a big increase in DCs, just because a bunch of players think it’s more acceptable to DC if they’re getting replaced by a bot.

If someone's busy then they shouldn't be queueing up for a game of Dead by Daylight. If some unforseen emergency happens and they need to DC, then the 5-minute penalty will be gone by the time it's taken care of and come back.

Hopefully not. If that happens the game should just end or the killer should be allowed to leave without a penalty since they’re no longer affecting any real players by doing so.
