When will we see overpowered addons from S-tier killer disappear?

It makes no sense that certain strong killers still have access to some of the strongest addons in the game.

Blight: Alchemist Ring, Adrenaline Vial, Blighted Crow

Spirit: Mother Daughter Ring

There is no excuse, why these are still in the game. These addons deserve to be gutted.
