BHVR & in game reporting

Does BHVR even do anything about with the in game reporting system? By this point if they did I'd expect the problems with in game harrassment, body blocking to cuck your teammates, and unhook spamming would have improved by this point. I'd really like some actual feedback because I have zero faith that BHVR is actually using that information appropriately.

They are implementing a feedback system for this year, I think in-game reporting just helps when you file a support ticket so that BHVR can look at who you reported in case you spelt the username wrong or they are using streamer mode. Two people could also have the same username on different platforms which would be an issue. I don't really know though.
