I can't find this online and I desperately want to know who is behind that incredible voice.

    Seems like it’s not known.

    i read somewhere it is Michael Dobson but couldn’t find the source and haven’t checked the actual voice if it is plausible.

    edit: Nancy is voiced by Diane Guillemont, a BHVR employee, so chances are so might be Steve’s voice actor?
