Mouse and Keyboard on console XBOX/PLAYSTATION
I feel that if pc and console cross-platform play MNK (mouse and keyboard) it is almost unfair because of looping and flicking the screen there is not a great way to combat someone who is on mouse and keyboard cause they would have control over their entire arm and console only has a thumb-stick i just feel it would give more allow a better skill gap and allow for more precise movement on console.

It is a big difference in my opinion. But you can just deactivate crossplay and you will play against much less mnk players.
Overall your problem is that consoles are meant for casual gaming and not for high pressure professional gaming. So if you want to play best and rank high every season you will have to play on mnk.

The way their matchmaking with CrossPlay off works is you only would be matched with others on your particular platform who also have CrossPlay off too, and not between the prior gen machines either.
So if I play DBD on my ol' venerable Xbox1 with CrossPlay off I couldn't get anyone on Xbox series x or s, nor any other console, even if they also have CrossPlay off too. Just those on Xbox1 with it off.
I tried it. Waiting 40-50 minutes for a match is trash fam. Trash.
And they've said many many times they have no plans to add M&K support, so that ain't coming either.

We are neatly boxed in.
And since Cross Progression is not coming this century either, if we choose to abandon our consoles for a gaming PC we're boned as well. We'd have to rebuy the game, rebuy the dlc's l, rebuy any wanted cosmetics, kiss our charms goodbye, and then comes the best part. Releveling each and every character from scratch, grinding to unlock all the perks again.
Who with whatever monies spent and thousands of hours already into the game would go through all that. Not too many, although a few have. I'd quit personally I won't do it.

In theory, yes, MNK are superior to controller, but a lot of games including DBD have greats console players that can performe really well, like was playing with MNK, I not playing DBD too much this days, like 4 to 7 matches a week or month, I play on the Xbox series S now, before I played on Xbox one, I reached iri 1, 2 and 3, multiple times with pyramid head, before the actual rank system.
MNK have a more impact in fps games, a game like dbd don't have much difference, for me of course

Even if you use your account from the Xbox in the PC? We can login in the Microsoft store with a Xbox account, I picked the division 1 in this way with my phone and when I migrate to the Xbox one, I had a lot of games that I picked for free in the Microsoft store on my console, because I picked with my account

Yeah the Steam, Epic, and Windows versions are all kept separate from Xbox for DBD, even though most of that is Microsoft. They cannot blend, just for DBD.

Try Trickster on that Xbox some time. He's the one killer that is universally considered unplayable with a controller. Many of the other killers are just much less responsive and take longer to get decent with.
