Incorrect perk charms - Steam

This is a bug that I only just realised happened, although it definitely happened a while ago (likely when the prestige overhaul happened in 6.1.X). I had Kate prestiged to 9, which should have unlocked her perk charms, however I don't have them, instead despite not having any other survivors prestiged high enough to have their charms unlocked, I have all of Tapp's charms (Tapp specifically is at prestige 0, level 40). I checked for my killers too, and I have the correct charms for them.
So I should have all of the Kate perk charms, and none of the Tapp perk charms, but instead I have all of Tapp's and none of Kate's
