Nothing in customs affects anything outside of Customs so just like perks why not give people access to every survivor or every killer, it allows people to see if they are interested in a killer which may led them to play more to unlock it, or even better I wish we weren’t limited to One Killer or Two survivors I understand it may be hard but there are many mods or hacks that do it, two killers may allow one killer to help another teach learn new skills allowing making them want to play more or more survivors allows for a much bigger get together with friends you can even set in setting a maximum number of survivors or killers
