Change reporting and customer support on console

It is borderline impossible to report to customer support on console and this has been an issue for years you require cloud id usernames and video and screenshot evidence which on console isn't viable to do because while we are in the middle of the report we have to cancel out and restart the report if we missed something as small as the cloud id or usernames and the fact we can't link files on console reports unless we send the video to YouTube which again is an extra step that forces us to cancel out again
