Doctor - Insanity change

The survivor's Tier 3 insanity should be lowered back to Tier 1 or 2 after being hooked by Doctor.
This is inline with Freddy, where the Survivor gets awoken upon being hooked.
Changing this just makes sense, and it will stop the infernal noise that the survivor has to suffer through, while on hook. This will make the doctor slightly less annoying to play against. Only slightly, but any improvements are appreciated.

Don't quite agree, It takes a while to reach t3 anyway, if getting unhooked sets back the progress of the madness then it would just be sort of a waste of time to try and get them to t3. It's an unnecessary nerf.

Doctor is not the strongest killer and tier 3 takes time to build up. It's a "no" from me.
