Wondering about cross progression between Console and PC

So, I just recently bought a PC, and I have also purchased DbD on sale. However, I have done quite a bit of grinding on the PlayStation, so I am just wondering if it has ever been stated or denied whether or not there will be Console and PC cross progression.
Probably will never play again if not. Thanks in advance!

Yes it has; unfortunately, the devs have very recently confirmed that cross-progression between consoles and/or PC is not coming anytime soon.
