Usually I alt tab while the game loads to watch something, talk to friends, or work on something. Now I keep losing time at the start of matches because I'm used to the icon flashing telling me the game was starting to tell me to alt tab in

Yeah noticed it too. Hopefully they'll fix it. Turn on sound when not focused, until then.
