Dead by Daylight should no longer be affected by an outage. Players logging into the game between September 26 3PM ET and September 28th 3PM ET will receive 1M Bloodpoints as compensation.
Legion Frenzy Bug

When legion enters frenzy, they remain in their frenzy animation when they time out of it, or when they get stunned. It makes it hard to know when legion is going to put you in deep wounds, or actually knock you down into the dying state, because both ways look like frenzy.
