Make "Made for This" not stack with other Haste perks

For example:

If you're in Dark Theory's radius and you have Made for This active, you should still only have 3% from it.

If You have Hope and Made for This active at the same time, Hope should overlay Made for This with it's 7%.

    nah it should stack with dark theory, dark theory is garbo by itself

    maybe not stack with hope

    but all other haste perks are so incredibly situational I don't think it matters much
