EMP changes are coming
Not entirely sure whether this'll be enough, but either way these are good changes

That still doesnt fix the core issue with EMPs is that they recharge passively so its just a "grab n go" item".
In order to grab an EMP you should have to interact with the printer for like 3-5 seconds before it actually dispenses. So it passively charges it's first 95% but you have to finish the remaining 5%.
If they did that, then the increased printing time and reduced crate changes wouldnt need to happen. It should stay at 5 crates and 90s printing time.
Glad survivors get slowed tho, they were far too versitile in chase with literally no downside since it no longer takes your item slot.

The problem is that the EMP you don't notice. Not like Skull's drones "disappear".
So you get to camera view but waste a lot of time. And when returning you are slower?
Honestly, this is my biggest issue. Outdoors the deactivation may be visible but on Léry's I found it difficult to manage the camera system effectively.

This is not going to be enough. A stet in the right direction perhaps but not enough to fix this godawful killer. They could turn the generation time all they way up to 2 minutes and it would still be too little because EMPs literally deactivate this killer's entire power.

I don't think that would be beneficial at all. This would just further promote fetching an EMP pre-emptively, so that you have it ready before you need it, and the printer is already printing the next one. This is where they're oppressive, it's not when survivors pick one up in a chase, because that means that printer has been sitting idle for a long time.
