Any known fixes/workarounds for the black flickering/resolution changing bug?

Due to some sort of insane bug, people are encountering massive black screen flickering and their screen resolution changing mid match, with the latter suddenly causing massive frame drops after being fixed (I lost 80 fps after putting my resolution back to normal). These bugs are making the game completely unplayable for some people. Has anyone found a workaround yet (and if any BHVR employees see this, is it on the fast track to being fixed!?)

    I had to change my desktop resolution to 1080p from 4k because after i had the issue you described, my fps was low 20s where it used to be a constant 60. Now my only way to play is in 1080.
