The Cenobite Box Bug

hello, i'm having a bug that about the box of the cenobite, sometimes if i resolve the box that was in the hand of a survivor instead of starting the chain hunt it reset itself, there is a video of the bug in action.

IIRC if you down survivor with franklin's you get solving animation, but box remain on the ground ..?
- EDIT: Oh, actually franklin's no longer affects Limited Items as they now have their own slot, so you're right, box should start chain hunt
