Killers can't pick up survs who are near dropped pallets

Apparently if you down a surv jumping over a pallet and they dont crawl away for it, you can't pick them up. You'll have to break the pallet in order to do so, which in some cases can be a waste of needed time. This has happened to me on varioys occassions yesterday and I've also seen it on other people's streams such as Otzdarva.
