Platform: Xbox Series X

Step 1: Equip Smash Hit

Step 2: Stun the Singularity during his Overclock mode

Step 3: No Smash Hit speed boost

This is not a bug, Overlock mode on Singularity removes the stun and Smash Hit is specifically about stunning the killer.
