Final fix for Singularity suggestion

So, Singularity's greatest weakness seems to be the EMPs, which is clearly the intention. However, I've seen that the EMPs are getting constant nerfs which seem to be patchwork instead of an actual fix. I personally think that Singularity is a very strong killer if used correctly. He's predominantly a chase killer with the added bonus of surveillance and some gen control. Most of the complaints I see are from people who get 1 meatball EMP'd and then just become an M1 killer, when in reality they should just shoot another since that survivor no longer has an EMP. Picking up an EMP in chase is very rare. Most of the people I've seen say that he's a weak killer are the people who use his power mainly for map control/surveillance - which is not where his strength lies.

However, I think there is 1 final change that could fix this issue as regardless of the counterplay, the availability of EMPs seems to be an issue for everyone. I would suggest that when an EMP is printed, The Singularity should have the ability to break EMPs that are sitting in their printers. This would reset the printer back to 0% BUT for an EMP that has been broken by The Singularity, the next EMP printed by that printer would print 20% faster - and if no printers have an EMP in them after The Singularity breaks one, a random printer would automatically finish printing an EMP. This would allow for The Singularity to control the number of available EMPs while ensuring that there is always at least 1 EMP in the game. This gives the killer a level of control over the counterplay to his power.

A final note, I don't play much killer these days so in all honesty, I've not played as The Singularity, I've only played against quite a few. This is purely from a survivors perspective, so I'm very much open to a more broad point of view here. I think this idea has some potential, but I'm just 1 guy with a random thought, I'd love to know if anyone has any alterations to this idea that would be more viable, or if people think it's just a terrible idea in general.
