Xbox bugs, friends list is zero

I experience alot of issues with joining parties or inviting people and them joining without being immediately kicked. This happens regardless if they are same platform or cross platform. Sometimes I spend like 15 minutes of restarting the game and trying to join/vice versa without issues.
Now my friends list is zero. I have restarted the app many times and the console a few times and still it shows zero and I had alot of people on there
I am playing on XBox one and I have restarted app and console numerous times. The friends list issue just happened today and the other issues are very numerous.
