It’s very underwhelming. And does not match with anything.

I think they redid the hood so more of the top part of his face can be seen. But the hood is really badly designed. It’s discolored and unmatchable. It awkwardly tightens at the base and is kinda frumpy.
Plus the cosmetic was shown in the previews and in the current picture in the game without having a hood.
Remove it. It’s hardly the first cosmetic of his without a covering.
