PC-Cannot Access Survivor Menu
Windows 10 (all latest drivers and updates) / Steam Client
After playing several trials as Killer, I went to switch to Survivor. Clicking on Survivor from the main menu started the zoom in visual, however it immediately zoomed back out with the error "The connection to the party has been lost." I've not been in a party, outside of going against the groups of random survivors. I tried several times with no success. At one point the error changed to "The game you were trying to join is not available anymore."
After restarting the game it let me go into the Survivor menu, however as soon as I clicked on the Bloodweb it kicked me back to main menu with the same error, and wouldn't let me back into the Survivor screen again.
Closed the game, ran the file validation in Steam for it, no errors/all files validated. Loaded back in, same error. I can no longer access my Survivors.
I attempted to file a ticket in-game, however the in-game reporting is not working. It will progress to the point of asking if I have video or a screenshot, but doesn't present the Yes/No options, and typing in "Yes" will not send.

I am having this issue too. Very annoying that I have not been able to play survivor during the BP bonus.

Any update on this?
I've found that turning off my VPN can help, but it's not a complete fix. Having my VPN on has no effect on Killer menus/matches at all (thankfully), but turning it off will sometimes let me go into the Survivor menu and use the Bloodweb and play the occasional trial as Survivor.
