Challenge progress not showing during match

The pop-up that shows the current Tome challenge and the progress made towards it is on the screen for a very short amount of time the first time it pops up during a match. The second time that match, it goes by so fast it's barely noticeable and completely unreadable. After that, it never pops up again. I have no idea when I complete a challenge right now. It's very frustrating.

Same on PC. It worked for some time (challenge to kick gens/pallets with 4 random perks) then stopped. So it's back to dark times when you had no challenge info.
