Got disconnected while hooking a survivor in the basement during end game

Challenge I was doing: Property Damage (Remix)
Killer: The Onryo
Platform: PS5
Description of the issue: playing as The Onryo on Badham Preschool downed a survivor (Yun Jin Lee) and carried her to the basement in the main building, during the hook animation the game froze and then got me disconnected. Came up with a disconnected message saying check your network wasn't my network it was the game because I would have gotten a penalty.
How often does this occur? Once.
