Cheater or bug?
I had one adam free himself and it seemed like a ds. But he didnt had the perk. Now im curious if it was a cheater (seemed legit otherwise) or if the endscreen loadout was wrong? Maybe something with the random perk challenge?
And just to be clear: no it wasnt something else like power struggle. He had We'll make it, Up the Ante, BL and lightweight. Two other survivor where hooked and the third 5m before me.

If it was Decisive Strike you would see a notification on the right of your screen once he activated it (I think at the top) with the name of the perk. The perks he was running do not seem random at all. If it wasn't a pallet/flashbang/flashlight save then I guess they were cheating. Endscreen loadouts are always correct for me.

Most likely cheating then. They probably hoped you would forget about it and not check their perks.

There still is a bug where as soon as you pick up the survivor they instantly break free. It only happens if the survivor you picked up before broke free from wiggling by any means. Not sure if it always happens cause it’s kinda rare but still an issue.
