Question about Terrormisu Offerings

Unlike the previous years, these offerings have a secondary use specific to the event. Can someone confirm that we will still be able to use these like Anniversary Cakes and Frightful Flans *after* the Anniversary is over?

Last year's anniversary offering also had the added effect of revealing the aura of the Crown Pillar, and that one is still useable now.
