Perk idea: Scourge Hook:Dump a Pallet

I really like the anniversary gameplay mechanics.

Especially getting rid of a dropped pallet while making the surv believe you want to circle it, is a lot of fun and gives the opportunity for a good mindgame. I hope we can see this mechanic also after the event, maybe by a perk that is similar to scourge hook: pain resonance. Like if you hook a surv for the first time on a scourge hook you get a token. Every token gives you the opportunity to remote-destroy a pallet.
