Problems with submitting tickets

I just logged in to BHVR's Zendesk support site to report a possible cheater and all of my tickets are gone. This includes an open ticket I just submitted a couple days ago.
Is this a temporary issue or is that open ticket gone and I need to open a new one? Do I need to wait to create a ticket to report the possible cheater? I have no idea if the Zendesk support area is functional or not.
